1. Publisher

AI Job Fit is published and sold by Nicolas Breels, self-employed sole trader, Hamois (Belgium). Company number 0774.777.701, VAT BE0774.777.701. Contact: [email protected].

2. Purpose of the service

AI Job Fit brings together two tools. The Chrome extension assesses how well a professional profile matches a job posting, and generates application documents (a tailored CV, a cover letter) using artificial intelligence. Radar is an online service that watches the postings of chosen employers every night and emails you about the ones that matter.

3. What is free

The extension's score is free and unlimited. The extension tailors 5 CVs a week for free. The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability.

4. Radar subscription: terms of sale

Plans. Radar is sold in two plans. Radar: watch on up to 20 employers, email alerts, 15 tailored CVs a week, 2 salary estimates and interview preparations a month. Complete: watch on every employer offered, tailored CVs, salary estimates and interview preparations without limit, within a technical limit meant to prevent automated abuse.

A tailored CV counts per job posting: the CV and the letter for the same posting, and their edits, count as one. The counter resets every Monday.

Prices. Prices are shown including Belgian VAT at 21%, monthly or yearly, on the Pricing page and in Radar. A price change does not affect a period already paid. It is announced by email at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to.

Trial. Every new account gets a free one-month trial of the Radar plan, with no payment method. When the trial ends, nothing is charged: the watch stops and the history stays available.

Term and renewal. The subscription runs for one month or one year. It renews automatically for the same term, at the current price, until it is cancelled.

Payment and invoices. Payment is handled by Stripe. An invoice is issued for every payment and sent by email. It can be downloaded from Radar's Subscription page.

Cancellation. The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period. A cancelled subscription can be resumed before that date.

Failed payment. If a renewal fails, the service stays open for 7 days so the payment method can be updated. After that, the watch stops.

End of the subscription. An account that no longer pays keeps its history, but its profile is no longer assessed at night. It gets everything back by subscribing again.

Right of withdrawal. Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Radar is a digital service supplied immediately: when paying, the customer expressly asks for the service to start at once, and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied. A customer who withdraws before then pays for the part of the service already supplied. Withdrawal is requested by email to [email protected].

5. User responsibility

• Generated documents are proposals: you alone are responsible for reviewing them, for their accuracy, and for sending them to a recruiter.
• By default, the AI invents no skills. The optional, explicitly labelled “Bold” mode may make more ambitious claims: using it is your responsibility alone.
• You undertake to use the extension in compliance with the terms of the job boards and websites you visit.

6. Limitation of liability

AI Job Fit guarantees neither the accuracy of postings published by employers, nor that you will obtain an interview or a job, nor the accuracy of the match scores, which are estimates produced by an AI. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of those estimates, nor for temporary interruptions of the service.

7. Intellectual property

The extension, its name, its interface and its website are the property of the publisher. The documents generated from your profile belong to you: you are free to use them without restriction.

8. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, an amicable settlement is sought first. Consumers may also turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service. Failing that, the dispute falls under the Belgian courts.
